All necessities are here: multiple sets of linens, towels for each bedroom, a large gourmet kitchen with granite counters & bar, fully stocked with pots, pans, dish ware, Keurig, service for eight, gas fireplace, full size laundry room and much more.

Each living area has its own 4k HD flat screen, high speed internet, and cable TV with 150 + channels, all utilities ARE included. Each bedroom suite has its own private patio-one that is also accessed from the great room. The private patios open onto the Cherry Creek trail. The complex has a clubhouse with a workout facility, pool and jacuzzi. Our condo is a privately located ground floor unit with easy access to the Cherry Creek trail and includes a 1 car garage in addition to multiple parking spaces.

The Prairie Walk complex is conveniently located just north of the E-470 and Jordan Rd. interchange. Just 5 min to Centennial Airport, 18 min to DIA, 7-9 min to DTC/Greenwood Village & Highlands Ranch, and 3-5 min to Meridian and Inverness Office Parks. In addition, you are only a few minutes to 20 Mile Road, Main Street Parker, and hundreds of restaurants, big box shopping and boutiques.
